15 countries participated in Semi-final 1 (determined by draw). The best 10 countries from Semi-final 1 qualified for the Grand Final.
Voting: Televoting from participating countries + Online voting "Rest of the world" (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 points) and national juries (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12 points).
The pre-qualified countries Germany and Italy performed (but didn't compete) and voted in Semi-final 1.

Iceland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Slovenia and Spain boycotted Eurovision 2026 because Israel was allowed to participate in the contest
