There were two shows prior to the final of Festivali i Këngës #52, taking place on 26 and 27 December 2013. Here all the 16 artists performed their songs in a duet with some known Albanian artists. No voting or elimination took place.
Hersiana "Hersi" Matmuja won the final of Festivali i Këngës #52 with the song "Zemërimi i një nate". At Eurovision 2014 Hersi performed the song in English under the title "One Night's Anger".
