A jury from each of the 17 Comunidades Autónomas of Spain (the Ciudades Autónomas of Ceuta and Melilla seem to have been excluded) awarded 1 to 10 points to their top 10. This means that every region awarded a total of 55 points, and the jury as a whole awarded 935 points (17 x 55).
The public vote only awarded points to their top 3: 50 points to their favourite, 40 points to their second favourite and 30 points to their third favourite. Everybody else got 0 points. 120 points (50 + 40 + 30) were awarded by the public.
