The second season of the talent show Operación Triunfo took place in the winter of 2002/2003, with the final held on 27 January 2003.
The top-3 contestants (Ainhoa, Manuel Carrasco and Beth) qualified for the Operación Triunfo – Eurovision selection held in February 2003.
