DisqualificationGeraldine Olivier won the final with the song "Soleil, soleil". Olivier was disqualified after the final, because the song had been submitted to the French-speaking broadcaster, Télévision Suisse Romande (TSR), for their selection for the same contest – but with French lyrics – and was rejected. The winner was instead declared as Daisy Auvray with the song "Mister Music Man".
