Poland: Artists for Polskie Kwalifikacje 2026 announced
Eight acts will be competing for a chance to represent Poland in Eurovision 2026. The one-night show is scheduled for 14 February
It's time to focus on what Poland has in store for the Eurovision fans this season. Like last year, when Poland's Eurovision broadcaster TVP decided to introduce a new format for selecting their Eurovision act, the broadcaster is ready with another season of Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji.
Eight artists will be competing in the Polish selection contest "Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji 2026," a one-night event scheduled for 14 February in Warsaw. The night's result will be decided by 100% public voting, meaning that no jury will be involved in the selection process.
Poland in the Eurovision Song Contest
Poland has participated 27 times since 1994, when we saw them in the Eurovision Song Contest for the first time. Their debut year was also their most successful, finishing 2nd. They have finished in the top ten in 3 out of their 27 appearances. Their worst result was in 2011, when they finished last in their Semi-final.
Since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004, Poland has qualified for the Grand Final 9 out of 19 times.
