Festivali i Këngës was held over four nights in December 2023.
A jury determined the results of Festivali i Këngës, while the Albanian artist for the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 was selected by public voting.

The Albanian public selected Besa Kokëdhima for Eurovision 2024 with the song "Zemrën n'dorë". At Eurovision 2024 Besa will perform the song in a revamped English version with the title "Titan".
