Back in December, Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO revealed the 12 artists who would be competing in their national selection for Eurovision, EMA 2025.

Now, all the songs have officially been released on RTVSLO. One of these songs will be taking the Eurovision 2025 stage for Slovenia this May in Basel.

EMA 2025

EMA 2025 (Evrovizijska Melodija) is Slovenia's national selection process to determine who will represent them at Eurovision this May in Basel.

EMA 2025 will take place one week from today on 1 February 2025 and will be held at RTV Slovenija Studio 1 in Ljubljana. Eurovision 2024 representative for Slovenia, Raiven, and Gregor Strasbergar will host the show.

All 12 songs will perform live where the top two, decided 100% by a jury will advance to the Superfinal. The two songs in the Superfinal will undergo another round of voting, 100% determined by the public, to select the winner.

Slovenia made its debut in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1993, and since then has participated 29 times. They have never won the contest, and the best result for Slovenia is two 7th place finishes in 1995 and 2001.
