Reisen wir in das Leben
Wie ein spielendes Kind
Hinter eisernen Stäben
Doch der Weg, der ist länger als wir glauben
Und es fliegen nur Falken, keine Tauben
Sie sind
Fast so schnell wie der Wind
Kommen über das Meer, übers Meer
Flügel, die nur Waffen tragen
Lösen heute keine Fragen
Flügel, die für Frieden fliegen
Die sind heut' so leicht zu überseh'n
Wie ein Bild an der Wand
Schaffen wir Illusionen
So wie Häuser aus Sand
Die will niemand bewohnen
Doch die Berge sind höher als wir glauben
Und es fliegen nur Falken, keine Tauben
Sie sind
Fast so schnell wie der Wind
Kommen über das Meer, übers Meer
Flügel, die nur Waffen tragen
Lösen heute keine Fragen
Flügel, die für Frieden fliegen
Die sind heut' so leicht zu überseh'n
Seh'n wir nicht die Zeichen an den Wänden?
Oder will es einfach niemand versteh'n?
Stimmen immer voll Licht
Bauen wir uns're Träume
Sehen kannst du sie nicht
