Croatia: Listen to the 24 songs competing in Dora 2025

The 24 songs competing for a chance to represent Croatia in Eurovision 2025 have been released. Listen to the songs and vote in our poll: Who should win Dora 2025?

Baby Lasagna's great success in Malmö is surely drawing a lot of attention toward this year's Dora – Croatia's national selection contest for Eurovision 2025.

In total 221 songs were submitted to HRT (Croatia's Eurovision broadcaster), and 24 were selected to compete in the one-night event, Dora 2025, scheduled for 2 March.

Since December, when HRT dropped the list of competing acts, there has been one withdrawal and one disqualification allowing Fenksta and Swingers to slide into the free slots.

The 24 songs were released today and are now available to the public.

Dora 2025

Dora 2025 will feature three live shows, all held at the Sports Hall Marino Cvetković in Opatija:

  • Semi-final 1: 27 February 2025
  • Semi-final 2: 28 February 2025
  • Final: 2 March 2025

The results of the Semi-finals will be decided 100% by the Croatian public, while the result in the Final will be in the hands of a Croatian jury (25%), an international jury (25%), and public voting (50%).

Croatia in Eurovision

Croatia has participated in Eurovision Song Contest 29 times since their debut in 1993. The first victory for Croatia in Eurovision is yet to come. Their best result was in 2024 when Baby Lasagna finished 2nd with "Rim Tim Tagi Dim."

Croatia 1996: Maja Blagdan - "Sveta Ljubav"

Since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004, Croatia has qualified for the Grand Final 9 out of 18 times. They withdrew from Eurovision 2014 and 2015 due to financial limitations and poor results in the contest.
