Denmark: Artists and songs for Melodi Grand Prix 2026 revealed

The eight artists for Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 have just been officially presented by Danish broadcaster DR. The presentation took place at DR Koncerthuset and was hosted by DR's Grand Prix Chief Erik Struve Hansen and Eurovision commentator Ole Tøpholm.

A total of eight artists will compete in Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026. Among the artists is Sissal, who represented Denmark in Eurovision 2025 with the song "Hallucination."

Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026

Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2026 is set for Saturday 14 February at 20:00 CET, and will be broadcast live from Arena Nord in Frederikshavn.

The top three songs proceed to the Superfinal. There, the votes will be reset and a new vote among the three superfinalists (50% public/50% jury) will decide the Danish act for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026.

This year's Danish national final will be hosted by Sara Bro and Alex Høgh Andersen.
