OGAE Spain prepares for the annual congress with Eurovision stars attending
The 12th annual OGAE Spain congress takes place in Madrid on Saturday 7 October 2017. Some of the guests are Zöe, Poli Genova and Leklein
The 12th annual OGAE Spain congress is scheduled to be held at the Complutense University in Madrid on Saturday 7 October 2017. The Congress will take place during the day and in the night the Delirio Live nightclub in Madrid is the venue for the big afterparty.
This year, 8 guests will attend the Congress:
Zöe
singer, songwriter and actress. She represented Austria with the song "Loin d'ici" in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 and placed thirteenth in the grand final.
Getty Kaspers
She was a singer and lead vocalist in the Dutch Band Teach-In, who won the Eurovision Song Contest in 1975 with the song "Ding-a-dong".
Poli Genova
Bulgarian singer who represented her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Germany. Genova performed her entry "Na inat" in the second semi-final. Although failing to qualify to the final Genova would return to the Eurovision five years later, representing Bulgaria for the second time in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 in Stockholm, Sweden, with the song "If Love Was a Crime", and reached fourth place in the final.
Jenny
Andorran singer who represented her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2006. She performed her entry "Sense tu" in the semifinal, failing to qualify to the final.
Lucía Pérez
Spanish singer who represented her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Germany with the song "Que me quiten lo bailao".
Leklein
Spanish singer, Dj and songwriter. She participated in 2017 Spanish National Selection with the song “Ouch!”, and she was the favourite of Ogae Spain to represent Spain in Kyiv.
Christer Björkman
Swedish singer and television producer. He represented Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest 1992. Since 2002, he has been a producer of Melodifestivalen, and remained an important figure in the Eurovision Song Contest. Björkman was the Show Producer of the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 held in Malmö, Sweden, and had a prominent role as Contest Producer in the organisation of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 and 2017.
José María Purón
Spanish singer, songwriter and producer. He composed Spanish entries in 1995 ("Vuelve conmigo" – Anabel Conde – 2nd place) and 2000 ("Colgado de un sueño" – Serafín Zubiri).
