The Live shows are... 😱... the live shows. Here the whole shit will be decided. This is the real deal!

The Family rehearsals 👨‍👨‍👧‍👧 are the last rehearsals before it really counts. At this rehearsal there will be a simulation of the votings and the results... But it is still.. just a rehearsal. Nothing counts here.

The Jury Rehearsals 👮‍♂️ take place the day before the live shows. This is where the national Juries will cast their votes. The juries will watch this rehearsal live from abroad via a special broadcast link. The votes from the national juries make up 50% of the result. The remaining 50% is the public televoting that takes place during the live shows. If something goes wrong during the LIVE broadcast, the recording of the Jury Rehearsals will be used instead, and viewed by millions!

How the online ticket system works

The online ticket sale at BlueTicket.pt has a queueing system. Everyone who is at the ticket site when the sale kicks off, will be given a queue number randomly. The online queue system sends you to a virtual waiting room where you wait and are redirected to the ordering system when it is your turn in the queue. Here you have 10 minutes to purchase your tickets.

Eurovision tickets the last years

Usually the tickets go out early the same year or late the year before the contest. The start of tickets sale depended on several factors: Firstly the host city and arena must be chosen. Secondly selection of ticket agency. Thirdly a floor plan of seats/stands in the arena when stage design, green room and camera placement have roughly been decided.

  • Eurovision 2018: 30 November 2017
  • Eurovision 2017: 14 February 2017
  • Eurovision 2016: 26 November 2015
  • Eurovision 2015: 15 December 2014
  • Eurovision 2014: 29 November 2013
  • Eurovision 2013: 26 November 2012

The four previous years the tickets have been released in batches, depending on the allocation of seats in the arena.

Special tickets for fans
