Albania: Anxhela releases final version of "Karma" for Eurovision 2021
The final version of the song Anxhela Peristeri will sing in Eurovision 2021 has just been released alongside with a music video. Listen to the revamped version of "Karma"
Anxhela Peristeri was this Eurovision season's first winner of a national selection with her song "Karma". The singer won the 59th edition of Festivali i Këngës and with it the honour of representing Albania in Eurovision 2021.
Shortly after her victory, Anxhela confirmed she would reunite with the song's producers and work on a final version that was released today alongside with the respective music video:

Anxhela Peristeri
Anxhela Peristeri, or simply Anxhela, is a 34-years old Albanian singer-songwriter and model.
Her victory in Festivali i Këngës with the song "Karma" was not her first attempt in the competition. The singer had competed back in 2001. Nonetheless, back then Albania wasn't yet part of Eurovision.
Her first, and only, studio album – "Anxhela për ju" – was released in 2004.
Anxhela won the first season of Albania's "Your Face Sounds Familiar" back in 2016 and, the year after, the 19th edition of the festival Kënga Magjike.
Albania in Eurovision Song Contest
Since debuting in 2004, Albania has been participating in Eurovision Song Contest every year. Best result is a 5th place in 2012, where Rona Nishliu sang "Suus".
Out of the 16 times Albania has participated, they have qualified for the Grand final 9 times.
