Based on the draw, the producers of Eurovision will decide the running order in the Grand Final. The running order will be decided and announced shortly after Thursday's Semi-final 2, by the Israeli producer and broadcaster, KAN, and approved by EBU.
After the semi-finals have finished on Tuesday and Thursday, the qualifiers from the semi-finals will make a draw to decide in which half of the Grand Final they will participate in. It has already been decided via draw that Israel will perform as number 14 in the Grand Final.
