Sweden: Felicia wins Melodifestivalen 2026 with "My System"
Vi har ett resultat! Felicia will represent Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song "My System" after winning Melodifestivalen
After five weeks of shows it was time for the sixth and final week of Melodifestivalen 2026. The Final was aired live from Strawberry Arena in Stockholm, and was hosted by Gina Dirawi and Hampus Nessvold.
From 30 songs and six shows, all was concluded tonight when the results of the Swedish public and eight international juries were in: Felicia will be the Swedish representative at Eurovision 2026 with the song "My System."
"My System" was written by Audun Agnar, Emily Harbakk, Felicia Eriksson, Julie Bergan, and Theresa Rex.
Melodifestivalen 2026 – Final
Felicia
Felicia Agneta Eriksson is a 24-year-old Swedish artist and songwriter from Stockholm. She previously performed under the stage name Fröken Snusk.
Under that name she first gained wide recognition in Sweden and achieved major streaming success with songs in the EPA-dunk genre. The song “Rid mig som en dalahäst” became one of the most streamed songs in Sweden in 2022. Fröken Snusk has since her breakthrough been one of the most booked artists in the Nordic region and was the ninth most streamed artist on Spotify in Sweden in 2023. During this period she also performed more than 300 live shows.
In 2024 she competed in Melodifestivalen with the song “Unga & fria”.
In 2025 she began releasing music under the name Felicia. Her first single under the new artist name was “Black Widow”, which reached the top three on Spotify’s Swedish chart.

- 31 January: Heat 1, Linköping
- 7 February: Heat 2, Göteborg
- 14 February: Heat 3, Kristianstad
- 21 February: Heat 4, Malmö
- 28 February: Heat 5 + Final qual, Sundsvall
- 7 March: Melodifestivalen Final, Stockholm
All shows were presented by Gina Dirawi and Hampus Nessvold.
A total of 30 acts competed in five heats. Two entries from each heat went straight to the Final, one remained in the competition (Final qual), and three were eliminated.
The heats and "Final qual" were 100% public vote, while the Final was decided by 50% public vote and 50% international jury vote.
Sweden in Eurovision
Since 1958, Sweden has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 64 times, and with great success. Together with Ireland, they hold the record of most victories in Eurovision:
