Last month, the seven acts taking the Luxembourg Song Contest 2025 stage were announced. Now, all the songs are officially out and available to listen to here:
Luxembourg Song Contest 2025
The Luxembourg Song Contest 2025 will be held on 25 January 2025 at the Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette, and will be broadcast live on RTL.
The winner of this national selection competition will have the privilege of representing the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on the Eurovision stage in Switzerland in May 2025.
Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest
Luxembourg has participated in the Eurovision Song Contest 38 times and is one of the most successful countries in Eurovision with five victories:
- 1961: Jean-Claude Pascal - "Nous Les Amoureux"
- 1965: France Gall - "Poupée De Cire, Poupée De Son"
- 1972: Vicky Leandros - "Après Toi"
- 1973: Anne-Marie David - "Tu Te Reconnaîtras"
- 1983: Corinne Hermès - "Si La Vie Est Cadeau"
Luxembourg had a 30-year long break from Eurovision in the years 1994 and 2023. They returned for the 2024 contest where they qualified from a Semi-final to the Grand Final for the first time.
