Moldova: Natalia Gordienko to Eurovision 2020 with "Prison"
Natalia Gordienko will represent Moldova at Eurovision Song Contest 2020 in Rotterdam with the song "Prison" after winning tonight's national selection in Moldova
Moldova has decided tonight in their national selection where 20 singers competed to represent their country at the 65th edition of Eurovision Song Contest.
After 20 performances, the Moldovan public and an expert jury selected Natalia Gordienko with Prison.
Prison is written by Dimitris Kontopoulos, Philipp Kirkorov and Sharon Vaughn.

The Moldovan born artist represented her country at Eurovision 2006 with the song Loca where she came 20th place out of 24 with 22 points.
The song Prison focuses on a woman who is in a relationship where she feels a lot of different emotions about the relationship.
Prison is produced by Russian maestro Kirkorov and the lyrics were co-written with Dimitris Kontopoulos and Sharon Vaughn. The song was produced by the same team who worked with Sergey Larazev in 2019 and with DoReDos in 2018.
Moldova in Eurovision Song Contest
Moldova has participated in Eurovision Song Contest every year since its debut in 2005.
The best result was in 2017 where Sunstroke Project finishing 3rd with the hit Hey Mamma.
Out of the 15 times we have seen Moldova in Eurovision, they manage to qualify for 10 Grand Finals.
