Ireland: Songs and artists for Eurosong 2025 revealed

Irish broadcaster RTÉ has revealed the lineup for Eurosong 2025. Eurosong 2025 will select the Irish artist and song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel at The Late Late Eurosong 2025 Special on 7 February.
Out of hundreds of songs received, RTÉ has shortlisted the entries to six, and has now unveiled the competing artists and their respective songs:
Eurosong 2025
Eurosong 2025 takes place on Friday 7 February 2025 in Studio 4, RTÉ Television Centre, Dublin and will be hosted by Patrick Kielty. The decision will be made of a mix of public voting, an international jury and an Irish jury.
Ireland in Eurovision
Ireland holds the record for the most victories in the Eurovision Song Contest together with Sweden: Seven victories! Six of these victories were in the '80s and '90s:

Ireland has been part of Eurovision since 1965, with 57 appearances since then. They have qualified for the Grand Final 9 out of 20 times since the introduction of the Semi-finals in 2004. They finished last in their Semi-finals in 2019 and 2021.
