Junior Eurovision artist who represented Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2013 in Ukraine, Kyiv and won the contest with her entry The Start with 130 points applied for X Factor UK.
Gaia interpreted the song Only Love Can Hurt Like This by Paloma Faith. She said,
“I wanted to apply when I was younger but I think now is the right time”.
The judges gave her four yeses but Robbie Williams said,
“You’re incredibly charismatic you have The X Factor but I think your age is a concern. I think you should have a go a being in a group”.
