Eurovision 2021: Semi-finals' Running order determined
The running order of the two Semi-finals at Eurovision 2021 has been determined. As the eight previous years, the producer of Eurovision Song Contest decides the running order
The Dutch broadcasters of this years Eurovision, have determined and revealed the running order for the two Semi-finals at Eurovision Song Contest 2021. The last six eight the producers of the shows have decided the running order based on an allocation draw.
The allocation draw took place back in 2020, and was repeated for 2021. Here the participants were distributed to the two Semi-finals, and it was determined whether each country will participate in the first or second part of the semi-final.
The running order for the Grand Final will be decided by the producing broadcaster after Semi-Final 2 on Thursday 20 May 2021. The decision will be based on a draw, that determines whether each qualifying country will participate in the first or second part of the Grand Final.
It has already been decided that the Netherlands, Germany and Italy will vote in Semi-final 1, and France, Spain and United Kingdom will vote in Semi-final 2.
By draw it is decided that the Netherlands will perform as song number 23 in the Grand Final.
Eurovision Song Contest 2021
The 65th Eurovision Song Contest takes place on 18, 20 and 22 May 2021. The contest is hosted by Rotterdam, Netherlands, and produced by the Dutch broadcasters AVROTROS, NOS and NPO.
